Founded in 1365, the University of Vienna is one of the oldest and largest universities in Europe. It is a research university with a high international profile and as the largest institution of the tertiary sector in the German-speaking countries, it strives to maintain its historically grown tradition where it has proven successful and, at the same time, to venture into new and innovative research fields. The University of Vienna has a faculty of 6600 academics supported by over 3000 administrative staff working in 17 faculties and two centres. Since 2007 the University of Vienna has won 43 ERC grants and is likewise committed to the principle of social responsibility in teaching and research. Alma Mater to about 94.000 students, the University of Vienna runs 175 degree programmes, 47 postgraduate education and training programmes with more than 10.000 graduates finishing their studies in the academic year of 2016/17. The overall share of foreign students pursuing degree programmes is 28% from 139 countries. Within the Erasmus programme every year about 1800 outgoing as well as 1100 incoming students experience study abroad. The most internationally active faculty is the Faculty of Philological and Cultural Studies with 339 individual partnership agreements (of 1336 university-wide). Traditionally, the University of Vienna has strong ties to universities all over Europe with due regard to partners in Eastern and South Eastern Europe. Currently the University of Vienna as 85 partners at university-wide level, including the University of Chicago, Stanford University, the Australian National University, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Fudan Unversity of Shanghai.

One of the largest as well as most-high profile faculties in the University of Vienna is the Faculty of Philological and Cultural Studies, of which the English Department is part. In international rankings the faculty’s subjects are regularly among the top 100 university institutions worldwide.

The Pedagogical University of Cracow, named after the Commission of National Education, is the largest and one of the oldest pedagogical universities in Poland, which has long been prized for a well-deserved reputation. The achievements of numerous generations of the teaching staff and students (over 150 thousand graduates), as well as the efforts the employees, who want to continue modern education responding to the challenges of the twenty-first century, as well as cooperation with the renowned academic institutions in Europe, have formed the present University.

Maintaining a high level of education in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Educational Sciences, Natural Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Technical Sciences and Fine Arts to the highest European standards, as well as regular extension of the educational offer and making it more attractive, and continuing internationalization of scientific research in various areas of professional interest of the academic staff is at present the main objective of the activity and in the plans of the authorities and the Senate of the Pedagogical University.

Pandora is a virtual reality and augmented reality solution provider for Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, Education, Medical and Service markets.
Pandora Reality develops high-end customer experience applications for market leader client base. These applications are compatible with a wide range of devices such as HTC Vive, Oculus, Epson, Holo Lens and any kind of smartphone with IOS or Android.

Pandora follows AR, VR, and MR industry very closely to apply the newest solutions on the market. Augmented and virtual reality applications need an intense amount of computing power for high graphics quality. Pandora uses a smart optimization algorithm to

create the best graphic quality that mobile and smart phones can reach without losing 3D model’s details. This makes it possible to present the best quality models on augmented and virtual reality solutions.
Pandora Reality is developing its technology in Istanbul Technical University Technopark and running its sales and consultation departments in New York City. There are 14 employees in the team including software engineers, 3D artists and business developers. Pandora team has developed over 40 creative AR and VR projects for innovative companies such as PepsiCo, Bayer, Socar, Philips, Ford and many others.
