Input materials:
- Instruction sheet including job ad, company profile & info on shortlisted candidates for out-of class preparation: Module 1-Task 3-Real-Life Task 3
Procedure:
OUT-OF CLASS
- Students receive background info & instructions for case study, are given job ad, profile grid and candidate information
- Each student reads info on shortlisted candidates, fills in profile grid & ranks them accordingly
IN-CLASS
- Groups of 4-5, role play (meeting of HR managers)
decide on the 3 most suitable candidates (ranked)
- Presentation to plenary, justification of choice
Estimated timing: out of class: 60min, in class: 40min
