Procedure:

OUT-OF CLASS

  1. Students receive background info & instructions for case study, are given job ad, profile grid and candidate information
  2. Each student reads info on shortlisted candidates, fills in profile grid & ranks them accordingly

IN-CLASS

  1. Groups of 4-5, role play (meeting of HR managers)
    decide on the 3 most suitable candidates (ranked)
  1. Presentation to plenary, justification of choice
